Capital + partnerships

Direct the energy.
Build what's real.

Every project starts as an idea and becomes real through people: builders, believers, capital and collaboration. WAVMVMT's capital desk is where real projects and the people who can help build them find each other. It covers project opportunities, brand sponsorships, strategic partnerships, investments and community initiatives across energy, infrastructure, film, media, music, events and beyond.

Important

Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. No funds are accepted here. Any future offering would run through the appropriate approved structure, on its own terms, with full documentation. Expressing interest is free and non-binding.

01 / The desk in plain words

What this desk actually does

Origination interface

A single front door for anyone with capital, a project or an idea.

Relationship network

Connecting projects with aligned partners, funds and institutions.

Interest-capture system

Every inquiry lands in one place, classified and followed up.

Sponsorship platform

A clear, separate lane for brands and commercial partners.

Project-discovery interface

Public cards that show what is real, without hype.

Private-access gateway

A structured path from first contact to project documents.

A few principles hold for everything here. Ideas become projects. Projects become investments. Investments become legacies. Legacy becomes real impact, felt in real communities. Nothing is presented as more than it is, and every connection is built on honesty, transparency and what is genuinely possible.

02 / Where the energy goes

Different projects, different capital

Different kinds of projects need different kinds of capital, and different kinds of partners. The desk covers:

03 / How capital can participate

There is no single way to take part

The structure follows the project. These are the ways capital and participation are organized:

01

Equity

Ownership participation in an eligible company or project structure.

02

Debt

Loans, private credit and project financing.

03

Joint venture

Strategic project participation between aligned parties.

04

Project financing

Capital tied to the development, production, construction or execution of a defined project.

05

Revenue / royalty participation

Potential participation in defined revenues or intellectual-property economics.

06

Sponsorship

A commercial brand partnership. A sponsor receives marketing, visibility, hospitality, content or other agreed benefits, not an investment return.

07

Strategic partnership

Companies or individuals contributing capital, resources, technology, distribution, expertise or relationships.

A note on revenue and royalty structures: participation tied to revenues or royalties can be a regulated investment product in many jurisdictions. These structures are never offered publicly. When a project uses one, it moves into the private-access flow below and runs through the appropriate legal structure.

04 / Sponsor WAVMVMT

Brands that want to be part of it

This is not an investment lane. Sponsorship is a commercial partnership: a brand supports a project, event, tour, film or community program, and receives marketing, visibility, hospitality, content or other agreed benefits in return.

05 / Capital can build culture too

Not everything is measured in megawatts

The same thinking that moves a solar project can move a film, an album, a tour, a conference or a community program. Culture is infrastructure too. A brand, a family office, a fund or an individual can be the reason something gets made. If that idea speaks to you, it belongs here.

06 / shim.wav projects

Back the work. Build the project.

Saadiq Abdullah Khan, the artist behind shim.wav, builds across music, film, content and live experiences. His work is part of WAVMVMT, not separate from it.

Specific projects can be backed: an album, a music video, a tour, a film, creative IP, live experiences and artist-business ventures. Each opportunity is structured independently, with its own team, capital structure and terms, and is reviewed on its own merits.

07 / Open opportunity cards

What's on the desk right now

The first opportunity cards are being prepared. In the meantime, use the partner interest form below and you'll be first to know when something opens.

08 / Private access

Some projects stay quiet until they're ready

Some projects are public from day one. Others are private until the structure is sound. The path looks like this:

  1. 01

    Public overview

What you can read here: the project type, the stage, the capital structure. Never projected returns or guarantees.

  2. 02

    Register interest

A short form. Who you are, how you would like to participate, and why.

  3. 03

    Organization information

Identity, capacity and alignment. Screening starts before anything sensitive is shared.

  4. 04

    NDA if required

Some projects require a non-disclosure agreement before materials move.

  5. 05

    Eligibility and compliance routing

Projects route to the right structure: open participation, qualified investors, sponsorship or partnership.

  6. 06

    Approved private access

Qualified parties receive documents through the proper channel, under the proper conditions.

  7. 07

    Project documents

The real numbers, terms and structure, shared only with the right audience and only when legal review allows.

  8. 08

    Introduction

A direct introduction to the project team and its professionals, so the real conversation can start.

The website is the front door, not the transaction venue. Actual securities offerings, when they happen, run through the appropriate approved structure.

09 / The core message

Capital can build a solar project.

Capital can finance a film.

Capital can help create an album.

Capital can bring a conference to life.

A brand can sponsor an experience.

A family office can help build infrastructure.

An industry partner can bring knowledge, equipment, distribution or relationships.

Our job is not to force every opportunity into the same structure. Our job is to understand what is being built, what it actually needs, and who may be aligned with helping bring it to life.
