A Power Purchase Agreement is a contract governing the purchase of power generated by a project. A buyer (a utility, a company, a municipality) agrees to buy the electricity at a set price for a set number of years.
Revenue is not profit. Maintenance, insurance, land, taxes, financing, reserves and other costs must be paid before anything is left as distributable cash.
Any contributor participation would depend on the final legal structure. That structure doesn't exist yet. When it does, it'll be published here.
